The UK is a diverse society, made up of many different peoples from many different backgrounds and cultures. Changes to population are calleddemographics and are a key part of bringingdiversity into the workplace. Diversity can be important for creativity during product development and to create a richer environment.

Many companies have directly targeted these demographics in order to bring diversity into the work place. Though this is often a cunningbusiness strategy, it is doing a lot of good for businesses and minority groups in the UK.
