The Enterprise Management Training Scheme
The minimum age to work at Enterprise is 16 with GCSE qualifications. A general management scheme giving you the chance to develop skills in all areas, from sales and marketing to customer service and finance.
After an initial classroom-based orientation session, you will be assigned to a branch office. This gives you hands-on business training, which includes management skills, business management, marketing, sales, customer service, and fleet control.
We look for candidates with a background in sales, management or customer service.
Graduate Management Trainee: Nationwide
You will be assigned to a branch to learn all about the business. Within as little as 8-12 months, you will move up to a Management Assistant with possible further promotion to Assistant Manager.
