GCSE: Our School Leaver Options Programme is a fast track development programme giving 16-18 year olds the opportunity to learn while they earn. The programme will develop trainees to a Team Leader position within 12 months and individuals will also gain a qualification. The NVQ Level 3 in Retail will build on retail and managerial knowledge, enabling us to create our leaders of the future.
‘A’ Level or equivelant: Our Trainee Management Options Programme is a hands on, fast track management programme that will, in 12 months, supports trainees to develop all of the skills they need to become a Manager and build a high flying career with Britain’s number 1 retailer. It is also an accredited programme which awards trainees with a Higher Education Award from Manchester Metropolitan University. Requirements; GCSEs in Maths and English, at grade C or above and 180 UCAS points.

Retail Apprenticeship: City & Guilds qualification - starts every September in selected stores and runs over 9 months Qualification Curriculum Framework (QCF) – on-the-job training for QCF in Retail Level 2 - practical skills and knowledge of retail.
Technical Certificate: Retail Level 2 is a multiple-choice test on the theoretical understanding of the retail business.
Key Skills level 1 or 2 - Apprentices without Maths and English GCSEs work towards Key Skills Level 1 training in:
• Application of Number and Communication
• Key Skills Level 2 training is also available
