You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with your membership or account that you use to access Services at Business Case Studies LLP.
Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to Business Case Studies LLP for all activities that occur under your membership account.
If you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify us immediately via email@example.com.
Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Business Case Studies LLP, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, post on any other websites or networks, copy, sell, trade or resell the services for any purpose.
Any information or materials found on this website are used entirely at your own discretion. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website you can be assured that it will be secure. In order to prevent any unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
We may collect the following information about you: name and job title; contact information including email address; other demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests; and any other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers. This information is required to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular, for the following reasons: internal record keeping; to improve our products and services; to periodically send you promotional e-mails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting by using the email address that you have provided.
We aim to dispatch all of our physical goods within 5 working days of receiving an order depending on the product purchased and country of delivery.
Business Case Studies LLP cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or damage to any products once they have left the warehouse and are not permitted to re-issue any products for free if this were to happen. If you would like to chase any items that have not been received then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to track the items or send a receipt/proof of postage.
Electronic products will be available to download up to 5 times per case study once payment has been confirmed (please note however that a new download will need to be purchased for each user for copyright reasons, regardless of the fact that there are 5 downloads). To find your available downloads, simply log into your account and click the "downloads" icon.
If you pay by eCheque (payments with an associated bank account attached to your PayPal account, but without a valid backup funding source such as a credit or debit card. It may also be that your backup card has expired), your delivery timeframe may be significantly delayed as it takes seven to nine working days to clear this type of transaction.
When you order a product from our website you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these terms and conditions.
Placing of orders will be confirmed by email - please add email@example.com to your safe list in your email account to ensure you receive these important emails. We will contact you if we are withholding acceptance of your order for any reason.
We will try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that particular products will always be available. If we cannot supply the requested product you will not be charged for it.
We will ask for and store your order and delivery details including your address so that you can order and purchase products from our website with the minimum amount of form- filling.
We may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of any product at any time at our sole discretion.
The buyer must advise the company and the carrier in writing of loss or shortage of or damage to goods at the time of delivery on the delivery document and notify us immediately by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 01937 831831 so that our claim can be lodged.
We process all orders in the order they are received and aim to ensure that all despatches are made as soon as possible and within the 5 days specified above depending on the volume of work in the warehouse at that time.
The carrier’s usual delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Payment must be made before dispatch of physical goods or access is given to downloadable/electronic goods - this is currently completed through Paypal's secure online payment gateway using a debit card, credit card direct bank transfer or available Paypal funds.
Permission is given by the publishers to print, download and copy any part of this website and downloads by Schools, Colleges and Universities as long as it is used for education purposes only.
Permission is also given for schools to link directly to the site and to have links on their internal networks. Other than this special exemption, all rights reserved.
