OPITO - The Oil & Gas Academy is the oil and gas industry's focal point for skills, learning and workforce development. The Academy is a self-sustaining, employer and trade union led organisation committed to ensuring the industry's workforce needs are met now and in the future. One of our key roles is to help secure and sustain industry's feedstock of new recruits; we achieve this by:

• Raising the awareness and exposure of industry's career opportunities
• Promoting the awareness and uptake of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths) in education
• Running key interactive careers events i.e. Energise Your Future

Oil and gas are the world's most important energy sources and the industry offers an extremely exciting, dynamic and challenging future that will be driven by innovation and technological advancement.
