It is clearly succeeding through its values led culture, its focus on customer service and its engagement with its employees. Regular reviews and surveys help Portakabin to see where improvements can be made. The goal is to build a workforce that is the best that it can be. This is particularly important due to the wide range of benefits an engaged workforce can bring to the business. Clear improvements can be seen in the 2013 survey results, however, more improvements can be made. Portakabin will continue its focus on a fully competent and engaged workforce and to be recognised as an employer of choice.
