Graduate & Post-graduate training programme

Capco’s Associate Talent Programme (ATP) is the entry point into consulting with Capco. After joining the ATP, you will participate in Capco’s intensive training course, which provides new Associates with experience working in a simulated project environment. The course offers an introduction to the global financial services landscape, current risks and regulations, and the foundations of consulting and project delivery.

Once your training concludes, you will be assigned to your first placement and given the opportunity to become an integral member of a project team. As an Associate, you will be responsible for business analysis and project management across multiple clients and industry specialists as you move across projects. Most importantly, you will have real responsibility from the start. This is your opportunity to jump-start your career in financial consultancy.

Work placements with combined qualifications

The Capco Internship Programme provides top talent with an insight and an opportunity to make the first steps towards building the skills and experience required to become the financial consulting leaders of tomorrow. From day one on our Internship Programme, you will be given the opportunity to experience what it is like day to day on one of our client-sites, supporting interesting projects and environments. We provide training which covers a variety of topics relevant to the global financial services landscape and gives you an insight into the foundations of consulting and project delivery. Develop, strengthen and expand your skills in an environment where your experiences and contributions are valued and encouraged. Internships run for 10 weeks from July – September. Applications open mid-October – December.
