Graduate & Post-graduate training programme

Recognising that our next generation of high-performing professionals are often just finishing university, the Harrods Graduate Programme offers recent graduates the perfect platform to fast-track their career in retail management or one of our support functions.
Retail Graduates: Through an exciting, insightful and intense 18 month programme, graduates undergo regular training, taking part in a series of seminars, workshops, on-the-job experiences, presentations and one-to-one coaching sessions. To help graduates find the right product area they will thrive and be excited by, the programme consists of different placements. Starting in a selling role in a transactional area, followed by a luxury area, then taking the step up to supervisor level, before concluding their programme as a trainee retail manager.
Specialist Graduates: Each year Harrods recruits a number of specialist graduates for areas such as IT, HR or Marketing. These graduates will start their programme in the shop floor, learning about the retail side of the business before moving into their specialism after 6 months. They will be supported in their development through a series of seminars, workshops, on-the-job experiences, presentations and one-to-one coaching sessions.
Benefits include: • Competitive salary • 1% commission rewarded for every purchase sold • 50% company clothing allowance • A Harrods Rewards Card • 22 days paid holiday • Annual travel loan • Optional pension plan
